I really like how a lot of space that makes up the inside of the letterforms have been taken away or drastically morphed but the logo is still very recognisable to the original. I think this is because even though there has been a lot of manipulation, many of the major characteristics of the original typeface are still in place.

I really like the simplistic approach to the design. The way in which the letterforms are stacked on top of each other makes you have to take a moment to take in what is being presented. I think this enhances the appreciation you get once understood. Even though the dripping shapes don't really look like droplets, because of the style of type typography they make sense.
